Lathe Cut Lab #1 is taking place at the Spinner Town Yard in Warrington, UK on the weekend of 22nd and 23rd August from 10am to 5pm. The weekend is aimed at anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of lathe cutting, covering the full process from start to finish with a strong hands on focus.

We will covering everything from audio preparation, mastering for vinyl, room set up, how a lathe works, lathe calibration, problem solving and cutting your own records which you can take home with you.

This is a practical workshop suitable for beginners or those wanting to learn the basics. No prior lathe cutting experience is required.

All equipment will be provided, and attendees will get hands on time throughout the weekend.

Places are limited to 6 attendees, and once they’re filled we won’t be able to add any more.

Tickets include hotel accommodation for the Saturday night. If you come as a pair and want to share a hotel room we will refund you the price of one room.
