Black Blanks

This listing is for black blanks, sold in packs of 10 and available in 1.5mm or 2mm.

All blanks made with the highest quality PETG, this means that your swarf is the same colour as the disc

These work perfectly with our label range available here.

Cutting Info

• Heat to 30 - 35 degrees centigrade
  
• Groove width should be 50 microns (0.05mm / 2 mil)
• Stylus rake angle of 8 degrees

Storage

• Remove from plastic wrap immediately
  
• Store in a dry room (under 50% humidity)
  
• Store on a solid, flat surface 
  
• Maximum amount per stack is 75 blanks, more weight can cause deformation
