Lathe Set-Up and Calibration

We offer a professional in-person calibration and set-up service for the Vinyl Recorder T560 and DinSync NC-V8 cutting lathes, carried out at our workshop in Warrington.

We have two options depending on your needs:

1: Calibration and Set-Up (Half Day, 4 Hours)

Bring your machine to us and we’ll carry out a full inspection, mechanical service if needed, and calibration. Alongside the practical work, you’ll receive hands-on guidance and explanation throughout the process covering calibration techniques for the best possible cuts, what to look and listen for, and tips to keep your lathe running smoothly.

2: Calibration, Set-Up and Training (Full Day, 8 Hours)

This is the same as above, except with training and guidance on cutting and audio mastering. A full training day.

If you’re experiencing a specific issue and want help, please provide full details along with photos or video footage prior to your visit so we can assess the problem in advance. In the event that a fault is identified as a manufacturer defect beyond our scope to repair, you will receive a full refund.
