Remote Lathe Training & Support

This is an online service for technical support, lathe calibration, and training. Whether you're experiencing a technical issue, want help calibrating your setup for optimum cutting results, or want to learn new skills such as mapping your cutterhead, this service is tailored to suit you.

Priced per hour. If we run over time, you can simply just buy another hour from our store. Our working hours are 7am to 3pm UK time, but if you're booking internationally we're happy to discuss a time that works for everyone.

Some examples of why you might want to book:

• A lathe problem you can't solve and want help diagnosing
• Problematic audio where you want real time mastering advice
• Learning skills such as cutterhead mapping, groove depth measurement, calibration techniques or audio mastering for vinyl
• General lathe calibration
• General support

Sessions are held via Google Meet or FaceTime and are conducted in English
