Shipping and Returns

All orders ship within 3-5 working days of order.

We only send with DHL Express.

Import Duties  

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. EU customers may need an EORI number.

VAT  

All prices shown exclude VAT. UK customers will be charged VAT at 20% at checkout. Orders shipped to the EU and internationally are zero-rated for UK VAT. Please note that local taxes or import VAT may be applicable in your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it for a refund. You then have another 14 days to send the items back. Refunds will be processed once we receive the goods in their original condition.

Do I need to keep the packaging?

For certain products, such as our blank discs, the protective cellophane must be removed once you receive them. This prevents warping and ensures the discs remain usable. If you decide to return your order, we kindly ask that you re-wrap the discs securely before sending them back to us. This helps protect the discs in transit and ensures they arrive back in a sellable condition.
